A catalog of privately owned homes available to lease, managed by Jamie Wong of Remax Fine Properties. You can browse the homes, see real availability, and send a request. Nothing on this site is an offer of tenancy, and nothing here forms a contract.

Choosing dates and sending a request tells us what you would like. It does not reserve anything, it does not hold the dates, and no money is taken at that point. We reply within one business day. A stay is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing and the lease is signed.

Availability shown here is our own calendar rather than a feed from a booking channel, and we keep it current. Even so, two people can request the same nights within minutes of each other, and a home can come off the market between your visit and your request. Dates shown as open are open as far as we know at the moment you load the page.

Where a home shows a rate, it is a guide and a range, not a quote. The figure for a particular stay depends on the dates, the length of the lease and the season, and is confirmed in writing before anything is signed. A range shown here is never the price you will be charged without that confirmation.

Short term leases require owner or member status. Otherwise the lease must be 30 days or more, per the CC&Rs and community requirements.

Each home sits in a community with its own rules, and those rules bind you during the stay. Where a home is not in Pine Canyon, its page says so. Club and golf amenities at Pine Canyon are for members and are not included with any lease; where another community’s amenities can be arranged, that home’s page says so and it is arranged separately.

The signed lease governs the tenancy: the rent, the deposit, the cancellation terms, the house rules and everything else. Where this page and the lease disagree, the lease wins.

Photography on this site is of the actual homes. Furnishings and finishes change over time, and a description is a description rather than a specification. Where we are not certain of a detail, we would rather you asked than assumed.

We do business in accordance with the Fair Housing Act. We do not refuse to lease, negotiate differently, or treat an inquiry differently because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin.
