The short version
We collect what you type into one of our two forms, and nothing else. There is no analytics on this site, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracker of any kind. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.
What we collect
When you request a stay, we collect the home and dates you chose, how many adults and children are coming, whether you are bringing a pet and any detail you add about it, what brings you to Flagstaff, and your name, email address and phone number, plus anything you write in the notes.
When you send an inquiry about buying or selling, we collect your name, email address, optionally your phone number, what you are interested in, your rough timeframe, and your message.
Our web host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, as any web server does. We do not combine those with the form data above.
Why we have it, and for how long
To answer you. A request or an inquiry is a message to a person, and we keep it so we can reply, arrange a stay, and refer back to what was agreed. We keep records of stays and the correspondence around them for as long as we need them for the business and for tax and legal record-keeping; inquiries that go nowhere are removed when they are no longer useful.
Who else sees it
Three companies handle this data on our behalf, and no one else:
- Supabase stores the database and the photographs, on servers in the United States.
- Resend delivers the emails we send you and the alerts we send ourselves.
- Vercel hosts the site and serves these pages.
We will also share information where the law requires it. Beyond that, your details stay with us.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie, and only for the manager signing in to administer it. If you are a visitor browsing homes or sending a request, no cookie is set and nothing is stored in your browser. There is no cookie banner here because there is nothing to consent to.
Your choices
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Ask us to stop contacting you and we will. We do not run a mailing list, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from.
Arizona has no general consumer privacy statute of its own, and we are not a large enough operation to fall under California’s. We would rather simply do the above for anyone who asks, wherever they live, than argue about which law applies.
